small yellow center a sun was the first collaborative project between artists nkiruka oparah and

Maxine Schoefer-Wulf, bringing together new works by each artist across drawing, sculpture, and

writing, to consider blue as a web of relations, exhibited at LAND AND SEA in Oakland in

October 2022. Central to the installation was an animation the artists made together by responding

to each other's drawings.
